Football season is underway. Let’s have some predictions – Lions? Michigan and Michigan State? Can GVSU go bowling in Alabama? Tigers? Cubs? High School Football? I had the day off Friday and I went to see the Whitecaps game Friday Night…they won 11-0. They had something like 14 singles in the game. It was a classic “hit ‘em where they ain’t” game – fun to watch. The decisive game in the series is today (Saturday). Either my wife or I (or both) are good luck for the Whitecaps…ever game we’ve seen them play over the last two years they’ve won and usually won big. Sunday Night update: Heckuva weekend…Bears win at Indy (and it wasn’t a fluke), Brady may be out for the year, Farve rolls…my Badgers are down 14-0 then come back to win 51-14.
Hijacking the thread with weather forgive me.. but what in the world is going on in northern Lake Michigan? All radars are reporting these “stationary” returns over open water?

By the way, if anyone happens to miss the images, I have them saved and will upload them to imageshack and link them tomorrow.
My prediction is the Lions will once again do bad this season, and I will be looking for NASCAR this weekend.

I’ll say Michigan will go 7-5 but could go 8-4! They’ll get an easy win today or they should! The Lions will win on Sunday against the Falcons but it’ll be very close. I say the Lions go 7-9 perhaps 8-8.
Tigers have dissappointed me this season. Their pitching is just not strong enough. Tigers will finish the season 70-92. The Spartans of Michigan State will go 6-6. GVSU will go undefeated and take another championship in their division.
In division 1A, I say the championship gets played by LSU and OSU (pains me to say the Buckeyes will be there, I’m a huge Wolverines fan. I think the Woverines and Buckeyes have the BEST rivalry in all of sports). LSU wins the championship!
Those are my predictions…can I win anything from WOOD TV if any of my predictions are right?

I say U of M ends up 6-6…MSU should be 8-4….Lions defense may allow them to go 10-6.
GO BLUE! i am a diehard michigan fan…and i think michigan will win 8+ games this year im going to the game on Oct 11 with a girl…shes never been to the big house and im doing it for her bday

Great NASCAR racing today, I had fun watching the races on ESPN, but will be glad when they are on ABC so I can be on the computer at the same time! LOL
I am going to bed early tonight.. had some cumulus clouds all day but not much else to speak of, hope we see a t-storm tomorrow.

Looks like it could be another tough year for the Lions. So I’ll go with my normal prediction…..Da Bears!! Bears…Bears….Bears!!!
I really don’t like the Wolverines, since I’m a Spartan fan at heart.
I think this is their year to do well in the Big Ten.
As for the Lions .. it’s going to be ugly. Maybe 3 wins. I think I’ll
root for Cleveland. Brown is my favorite color.
