(RE-POSTING FROM 11/6/08:)
Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead’ quirky, different, depressing
“Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead” is quirky and different from most crime dramas or family dramas… Ethan Hawke, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and the rest of this great cast really bring it all together in this “R” rated drama… but whether its the depressing content or the slow pacing… this movie never completely jumps up to a level higher than above-average.
“Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead”
(2007) (rated: R for a scene of strong graphic sexuality, nudity, violence, drug use and language) (1 hr, 57 min)
