Cyber Monday Deals (updated)
Black Friday may be over but the deals are not done yet.
Now, shoppers have Cyber Monday to look forward to as internet retailers release their great deals.
There are plenty of sites sorting through the bargains from more than 500 retailers.
Shop.org launched the website CyberMonday.com three years ago.
The site highlights the best savings per hour throughout the whole Christmas season, not just on Cyber Monday.
For online shopping comparisons, I like Pricegrabber.com. The site gives you a good list of merchants selling the same products, listing the lowest price with shipping.
A similar site is Gottadeal.Com. That site has an email service that sends out the day’s best deals. And if you want to be notified when you’re away from your computer you can sign up to get messages sent straight to your cell phone.
If you’re looking for tech gear and big ticket electronic items, my personal favorite is TechBargains.com The prices that I listed in my Black Friday Deals post came from them.
Other deals sites that I’ve used in the past include gotapex.com, slickdeals.net, fatwallet.com and bensbargains.net. (Thanks to Mike Nicholas for pointing out my typo in the BensBargains link, he also said dealnews.com was a good site to hit too.)
Not every site will find every deal, so it’s good to move around. But be sure to find a favorite site that posts the kind of products you like. Sometimes during the season it might be worthwhile to change up your homepage.
What sites do you go to for deals? Post it in my comments or shoot me a note on twitter. twitter.com/mattschuler. Got questions? Shoot me an email at Matt(dot)Schuler(at)woodtv(dot)com.

Those are good ones. I also use http://www.bargainist.com/ and http://www.dealcatcher.com/ Most of these sites have rss feeds which is what I use to keep up with the latest deals.
Pricegrabber is ok but in my experience, it’s best to use more than one price comparison service because the number of retailers each has varies. I like Sortprice.com myself…it’s a good supplement to other online shopping and even the malls.
http://www.sortprice.com
I’ve never used that one parker, I’ll have to check it out.
Thanks,
Matt
