NE Ice Storm

1.25 Million customers are without power, including at least half of the state of New Hampshire after the same storm that dumped snow in Houston and New Orleans brought freezing rain to much of the northeast. The National Guard has been called out in Massachusetts. One fatality has been blamed on the storm. A State of Emergency has been declaredin NY, NH and MA. Gas stations have been flooded with people getting gas for generators.  The storm brought wind gusts to 67 mph to the Massachusetts coast, 4.39″ of rain to Providence RI, 3.55″ to New York and 3.52 to Philadelphia.   A foot of snow fell at Smyra, NY.
