Box Office makes Eastwood’s day, bumps Marley to #4
“Gran Torino”, the movie shot in Detroit with actor/director Clint Eastwood and first time actress Ahney Her (Lansing native) grabbed the top spot at the box office this weekend.
“Bride Wars” and “The Unborn” also pushed “Marley & Me” out of its two weeks at number one.

thank you for catching that, I rushed putting it together, and I forgot to change the amount for “Marley and Me”, it really made $11.39 million, not $24.05 million… I have fixed, and actually updated all the numbers (they were based on studio estimates).

Gran Torino has got t be tops. Although I am a k-9 fan, I totally love Clint. Glad to see Clint continues to impress us. Can’t wait to make it to the movies to catch this flick. I will have to see Owens and Anniston first though. Just the way it has to be.
