Unfortunately, this is not just Pittsburgh fans. There is a percentage of these type idiots rooting for every team. I’ve heard some really ugly stories about fans of opposing teams at games in Detroit. It’s the person, not the team. Although the percentage is higher in some places. Philly, New York, Boston (and I’m a Red Sox fan)are all pretty notorious for this behavior. I’m always concerned about people who refer the the team as “We”. That type person + Beer = trouble.

The booing is all fun in nature but pouring beer on you is terrible. That is why Pittsburgh fans are just ignorant and rude! They defintely are sore losers and you probably get hit with a hotdog and a few beers next year after our celebration Friday Night!

this is childs play compared to how my family and I have been treated in Ann Arbor as Notre Dame fans. Try watching my 70 year old father getting spit in the face by a drunk Wolverine for wearing an Irish sweatshirt. Fans, or fanatics, seemed to be getting worse each year.
