Park Parties

3,500 came out to the first Park Party in Muskegon Thursday PM. They got loads of FREE STUFF. The next Park Party is at 5th/3rd Park next Thursday, the 25th. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by Dwight Lydell Park in Comstock Park on W. River Drive (about 1/2 mile down the road from the Park Party. The Comstock Park Rotary will be selling chicken BBQ dinners. I’ll be at the Rotary BBQ at 11 AM and I hope to have one or two Bill’s Blog t-shirts for the first person (or two) that buys a chicken dinner and mentions they saw this on Bill’s Blog . Here’s the schedule for this summer’s park parties.
My wife and I would like to see Maranda Park Party come to Hastings. Our grandkids would love the park party.
I second that, I have taken my children but we have to travel to Allegan, Ionia,or GrandRapids to do so. I think for a change Hastings should get a chance once in a while. So many of the kids there get left out due to these things being so far away.
We would love to visit Hastings sometime! The first step is to have your city officials send us a letter of request. We will start planning next year’s events in October. Thanks a lot!
