Northern Michigan's climate like Gaylord, West Branch and Houghton Lake is very similar to Escanaba and Iron Mountain but warmer than Marquette and Houghton. Milwaukee and Madison are very similar to Grand Rapids and Lansing. Green Bay is very similar to Mount Pleasant and Chicago is very similar to Detroit. It's kinda cool to see the average temperatures of both cities on opposite sides of Lake Michigan.

In response to Rob Dale...take a look at the map that he linked to here: http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/img/climate/research/2009/may/Last1mTDeptUS.png Look at Michigan on the map. Now based on the map...what was the deviation from normal for Kalamazoo in May. Make a guess. The actual data showed Kalamazoo was 1.9 deg. BELOW average. Does the map show that? No! How about Ludington...make a guess based on the map of how their temperature deviated from normal in May. The actual data shows they were 2.3 degrees BELOW average. Cadillac is off, too. They were -2.4 for May and that area should be a darker shade of green. I took one of these maps last year and looked at Nevada (I don't remember which month). The graph showed the state about 3 degrees warmer than average...yet when I looked up the actual data...not a single first-order station was that warm. How many times has Jim Hansen's data had to be corrected by people like Anthony Watts? ...and every time the error favored warmer temperatures. I wish I had more time to delve into this, but there is too much money at stake in this issue not to verify if what they are telling you is true.

It's July tommorow already. Summer is almost over. Well in the U.P. it never comes. Winter just sticks around. I am hoping late august gets here fast for fantasy football season and Packers football.

Oh, I'm sorry. I keep linking to sites with facts and science and words you socialists don't understand. Why not get a conservative to interpret for you?

We the people? More like we the leeches. That's the problem with a democracy. Sooner or later the non-productive outnumber the productive.

Now get off of your mom's computer and go clean your room, troll.
