30″ of new snow!

Montana Snow Check out these snow pictures from Montana.  They report 30″ of new snow near Bozeman, MT.  Here’s more snow totals from last night.  Butte, MT was -3 this morning.  Police responded to over 70 accidents and clocked a drunk driver going 103 mph on US 287.  The Forest Service warned of possible avalanches in the mountains.

    Thanks! I used to live near Bozeman. What’s interesting is there is more snow in Gallatin valley locations than up in Big Sky which is located in the mountains to the south of the valley.

    I was just wondering were’s our snow everyone else is having fun why cant we? Wishing its coming soon i am ready for it. i have finished all my fall cleanups and ready for the next season. oh i hope its great. hey bill can you turn the snow machine on plz i know you have that button to get it going. lol

    Typical winter, we do not shovel snow until Thanksgiving or there after, so we are on track for typical, ST,Johns recieves on average 2″ for November! The models keep hinting, at some cold air right around the thanksgiving timeframe, still a ways out for the models to have any accuracy but,so far they have been consistent for the cold air around that time frame, till then, we stay in this heat wave!
