This info sent out today from the production office of the movie “Setup” starring Bruce Willis, 50 Cent, and Ryan Phillipe about Sunday’s filming:

“Sunday December 5th the film “Setup” will be shooting in downtown Grand Rapids at Ottawa & Monroe Center.  The film is inviting locals who would like to participate and get in the film just for fun to join us there at 9:30 am. Please don’t wear obvious logos, stripes, red or white. When you arrive just tell one of the production assistants that you would like to be in the shot. We hope to see you there!  Dress warm, we expect it to be a bit chilly tomorrow.”

On Sunday, crews will blow out some stunt windows at MadCap Coffee (98 Monroe Ctr NW) as part of the chase scene.

One Response to ““Setup” taking over downtown Grand Rapids”

  1. I personally feel that woodtv 8 misrepresents this information since a couple of days ago they posted a website about a company looking to cast extras for this film. Then you go to the website and email this company and no one replies back. Then you read about how they want you there at 930am on Sunday, when I am now reading this information at 1730pm. I’m sure I’m the only one disappointed by this. 8(
