Showers exit early Thursday morning. There were a few thundershowers in Van Buren, Berrien, Cass and St. Joseph Counties with gusty winds. There were a few small hail reports across the border in northern Indiana. Rainfall totaled around 1/4″ in Oshtemo and Benton Harbor. Most of the area saw a few hundredths to 1/10″ of rain. We’ve had a three days with very low humidity. I saw Ionia at 11% at mid-afternoon Monday. That’s dry air! We could see wind gusts over 30 mph Thursday midday and afternoon. We’ll flirt with freezing Fri. AM, but Friday looks dry. Most of the rain with the Friday night/Saturday system stays to our south. It’ll be cool and dry Sunday and Monday with a chance of showers/t-showers again for the middle of next week.
