		<description><![CDATA[That was a VERY cold stretch as we started Feb. 1996:  Here&#039;s the low temperatures in G.R. beginning with 1/30/96;  +4, -1, -2, -10, -17, -17, 0, 1.  We had 85 consecutive hours in G.R. without the temperature getting above +7.  It warmed up after that and the month ended up 0.3 degrees warmer than average!  March 1996 was a cold month, 5.7 degrees colder than average in G.R. with 10 low temperatures below +10 that month.  April 1996 was also a cool month and May was -1.9 from average.  We then had (at the time), the 2nd coldest July ever.]]></description>

Could not touch the gas or would spin...nice shiny ice all the way. Main roads are ok....going to get my rear home....soon as I can!]]></description>
