When temps are just below freezing, and there is a little snow, it can create the absolute worse black ice. Lots of that in Grandville tonight as well. Slowing down is the best thing to do. I always look for that glaze on the road reflecting of of the headlights of other vehicles to determine the road condition.

The roads out this way are some of the worst I’ve seen in the past few years (Groundhog Day Dump not included).

We got about 2 inches. Then this morning it changed back to rain. We had puddles all over the place with slush all over and side streets and parking lots were all an ice rink. What a mess.
