  3. fixxxer says:

there no need for a watch. we know what happens every time. can someone tell me how the heck gr never gets the storms? just doesn’t seem like there’s a logical explanation anymore.

    1. Mark (East Lansing) says:

      Just your rotten luck?

    2. Yup (Grandville) says:

      Fixxxer bubble.

      1. fixxxer says:

theres no bubble, there’s something going on. even our friends have noticed it.

        1. Mark (East Lansing) says:

          You have friends? KIDDING

  4. DF (SE Mich) says:

I don’t think GR is going to make 90°, only 87° so far with rain moving in. Still a slim chance I guess.

    1. fixxxer says:

we dont need 90 but the long range might prove you wrong. cool summer my rear. suck on that rj.

  5. Swatz_Zoo(Cedar Springs) says:

Rained all but maybe 10min but than I realized it was a small pop up cell the big stuff hasn’t arrived yet, and that is the key word YET.

  6. ~Sherry~ (Comstock Park) says:

No rain here yet but I just heard thunder!

    Storm free…as expected, as always…

  8. mike[kalamazoo county] says:

.5″-.75″ around climax I really didn’t think anything qualified as severe just another nice rain. I have not irrigated a stalk of corn yet don’t know when the party ends but it has been a great summer so far.

  9. Resourceful Nana says:

Nothing severe here so far. Moderate/light rain for about 20 minutes with lightning, hardly any wind, 0.2″ rain.

  10. Swatz_Zoo(Cedar Springs) says:

Hearing thunder west of me man it definitely got A LOT muggier since the 1st bit of rain came through WOW!

    1. Swatz_Zoo(Cedar Springs) says:

Amazing, either the lake kills the storms or the inland does. Really lost it’s punch since hitting inland even if I’m hearing thunder, looks to have really weakened on radar though.

      1. fixxxer says:

the lake didn’t kill them. it split as it came close to gr.

        1. Swatz_Zoo(Cedar Springs) says:

killed weakened split, LOL all the same now to me. ;-)

  11. Kevin (Msrshall) says:

Some wind gusts to about 35 mph when the storm blew through. An amazing drop in temperature in just a few minutes. Somehow the heavy rains bypassed Marshall.

  12. Yup (Grandville) says:

A lot of rain out west, not much else though. The shredder got us again!

    1. fixxxer says:

  14. Swatz_Zoo(Cedar Springs) says:

WOW that cell heading for Big Rapids hasn’t weakened my son is up there now at the high school. The cell in Coopersville will stay south of me the closer it gets to Cedar the more of the split I see. Rather it’s off in a distance or not, it’s nice to hear thunder.

    1. Swatz_Zoo(Cedar Springs) says:
