Ohio Tornado    A tornado hit Ursuline College just east of Cleveland last night at 3:35 AM.  The twister has been rated EF1 with winds of 110 mph.  Only five people were said to be on campus Saturday night.  The college has roughly 1,500 students during the school year.   The tornado traveled nearly a mile and a half and was 200 yards wide (twice the width of a football field).  A gymnasium wall was toppled and many old trees on campus were uprooted.  The school library and science center also sustained damage.  Power lines were downed and there was damage at a local golf course.  Insulation from the college was found more than a mile away.  The storms also caused local flooding.   Six inches of rain fell at Fairport Harbor and 4.5″ in Sandusky County.

Good thing the residents of Ohio all operate at a sub human level.

The only thing that is sub-human is your response, and the lack of intelligence and compassion that you have shown. Tornadoes make EVERYone hunker down, and that includes you. I suggest you grow up and engage your brain before putting your mouth in gear.

Wow I always thought you were an arse and your post confirms what I thought. You are an ARSE.

Wow. Note to self, Ohio jokes not popular. Oh well……

Thankfully the majority of people left the campus for the summer. However it would be disappointing to me because I would love to have been in that tornado! :P Anyways, lets keep this heat coming and turn those Lake Michigan temperatures up a few more degrees. I cant wait for lake effect snow!

BTW: Is that rain coming over the lake? Looks like the south part is strengthening and heading NW

    1. Daniel G says:

Keep an eye on the radar Nathan. Me? I covered the boat and turned off the sprinkler…probably means the rain won’t make it here to Myers Lake then…

Small cell heading into south GR… Ill be tracking it! Also, Andy Dirks home run absolutely blew me away. I thought Dyson caught the ball and it was an out… But then I realized it was actually a home run! And also, I made a bet with my friend that Cabrera would get a home run today and he got one! Haha, what a surprise?
