These are the severe weather and (in green) General Thunderstorm Outlooks from the Storm Prediction Center for today (Fri.), tomorrow and Sunday. Today there is a chance of severe weather from the Ohio River to Southern Mississippi. It’s for mainly wind damage and the possibility of hail. Lower Michigan is in the General Thunderstorm Outlook (too cool for anything other than small hail, though winds could gust to 30-40 mph along and behind the cold front.
Storm Team 8 will be tracking the system. Check the blog for updates from me and the astute, knowledgeable commentators who fortunately for me occasionally lurk here in my little corner of cyberspace even when I’m not here.
