The list is out for the Winter and Spring “Celebrating the Classics” film series at Celebration! Cinema North in Grand Rapids on Tuesdays and Thursdays.   Highlights include Casablanca (Jan 13 & 15), Goldfinger (Jan 20 & 22), 2001: A Space Odyssey (Jan 27 & 29), To Kill A Mockingbird (Feb 10 & 12), Singin’ in the Rain (Feb 17 & 19), North by Northwest (Mar 3 & 5), and The Greatest Show on Earth (April 28 & 30).

The Classic Film Series are about to start again in Grand Rapids

I’m not too young to know some of these movies, but I have to say, I have only seen 3 of the dozen movies included in these 2 “classics” series…

The Grand Rapids Public Museum will show 4 classic movies:

($5 Non-members, $4 for Members, Advance ticket sales are available online or by calling 616-456-3977)

September 19 @ 7pm: “The Kennel Murder Case” (1933)

October 17 @ 7pm: “He Walked By Night” (1948)

November 14 @ 7pm: “D.O.A.” (1950)

December 26 @ 7pm: “The Man in the Attic” (1954)
